ALL SOULS DAY

FRIENDS and SERVANTS of the WORD 31st Monday of Ordinary Time November 2, 2020 ALL SOULS DAY WORD of the DAY Everything that the Father gives me will come to me, and I will not reject anyone who comes to me, because I came down from heaven not to do my own will but the will of the one who sent me. And this is the will of the one who sent me, that I should not lose anything of what he gave me, but that I should raise it [on] the last day. We often ask ourselves when so many lights and voices attract us and invite us seductively. We ask it when following You puts us in crisis and asks us for a strong testimony that we don’t always know how to give. We ask it when the requests for help and solidarity bother us too much and we don’t want to listen to them. We ask it when other myths attract us more than Your Gospel. We often ask ourselves, but we always have one answer: only You have words of eternal life! And we need eternal life like bread, hope...
