Send Workers

FRIENDS and SERVANTS of the WORD FIRST SATURDAY of ADVENT December 5, 2020 WORD of the DAY  Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is abundant but the laborers are few;  so ask the master of the harvest to send out laborers for his harvest.” (Matthew 9: 37-38) How shall I live this Word?   The children of Syria and all the cities affected by wars are asking for witnesses of hope, to help them feel that life is a gift and a right, despite everything and above all.            Send workers to your harvest! The many victims of the pandemic around the world, the sick and their relatives, doctors and nurses, healthcare personnel and volunteers, ask for donors of solidarity and consolation, to help them feel the maternal and paternal embrace of God who never leaves anyone alone. Send workers to your harvest! The peoples of the world to whom the proclamation of Jesus has not yet arrived, are asking for courageous evangelizers, so that they too may know salvation.                     Send workers to your harvest! And also call and send each of us, and give us the courage to accept, so that we can be arms, feet, ears,...
