Second Friday of Lent

FRIENDS and SERVANTS of the WORD Second Friday of Lent, March 22, 2019 WORD of the DAY Jesus said to them, “Did you never read in the scriptures: ‘The stone that the builders rejected has become the cornerstone; by the Lord has this been done, and it is wonderful in our eyes’? Therefore, I say to you, the kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to a people that will produce its fruit. (Matthew 21: 42-43) How shall I live this Word? John will be born, whose name means ‘gift of God’. This baby will be great in God’s eyes and will bring joy to the world and throughout history. Today in silence, I will pray to have the faith of Elizabeth and Zachariah to believe the Lord’s promises in my life. The Voice of Silvano Fausti, Biblical...
