Love knows no limits.

FRIENDS and SERVANTS of the WORD March 29, 2021  MONDAY OF HOLY WEEK WORD of the DAY  Six days before Passover Jesus came to Bethany, where Lazarus was, whom Jesus had raised from the dead… Mary took a liter of costly perfumed oil made from genuine aromatic nardand anointed the feet of Jesus and dried them with her hair; the house was filled with the fragrance of the oil…Jesus said, “Leave her alone…”                      (John 12: 1,3,7) How shall I live this Word?    Jesus’ journey towards Easter begins with an excessive aroma of perfume caused by a gesture of love. He is continually turned to the life of His brothers and sisters, of each one, especially the suffering, the poor, the least, the rejected. In both cases we can say that people who love are always a bit crazy in the eyes of others. It is the madness of those who have known love and have decided to go out of themselves to love.  It is the logic of the saints. Those who break schemes to take new paths dictated only by Love; that is, those who are also willing to make great sacrifices, which they do not...
